The programme is made for entrepreneurs in the construction sector who want to prepare for their next round of funding and for scaling up their business. You are actively seeking guidance and support to successfully navigate the next phase of your growth path. The AWV programme provides effective tools, resources and expertise for 6 months to overcome obstacles and realise growth ambitions.

Innovation and scaling-up programme Residential construction

This acceleration programme is part of programme line 3 of the Innovation and Scaling-up Programme for Residential Construction. The programme is funded by the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning and implemented in cooperation with TKI Bouw en Techniek. As a participant in the acceleration programme, you will become part of this innovative ecosystem and network.

Conditions for participation:
  • Your ambition is to build a scalable business that strengthens the development and construction process, thereby contributing to accelerating housing construction to 100,000 homes a year.
  • You have a product or service that focuses on industrialising housing construction, digitising the housing construction and development process or removing common barriers in housing construction at the area or building level.
  • You have a proven concept, turnover and multiple customers.
  • You can make enough time together with a co-founder or colleague for the programme.
What's in it for you?
  • By participating in this program, we will guide you in mapping out a clear growth path. For example, you aspire to expand your business activities, increase market share and enter new customer groups and markets.
  • Focus on optimizing business processes, increasing production capacity, expanding customer base or exploring new geographic areas.
  • Learn about key growth barriers, milestones for consistent scaling, product/market fit with metrics, building an effective scale-up team, optimizing the sales process, and choosing funders and a financing strategy for your scale-up process.
  • A useful and educational cross-pollination between other participating companies within the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • A valuable contribution to a social task.
  • Useful and valuable access to relevant network and community
What do we expect from you?

The success of the Housing Acceleration Programme hinges on your commitment and involvement. We expect you to be willing to cooperate, open to feedback and actively participate in all programme components. To register

Do you think the AWV is a suitable programme for you? Then apply via this link and/or contact our business developer Birgitta.

Registration for the programme does not automatically mean participation. Your application is followed by an intake interview and a careful selection procedure. On this basis, it will be determined which companies will participate in the acceleration programme. As part of the selection, we ask you to submit a pitch deck containing the following components:

- Business model: a clear description of your business model and your goals and ambitions for the next 24-36 months.
- Technology: the stage of development of your technology, its IP status and any required certification and its status.
- Financial data: insight into the shareholder structure and an operating and liquidity budget for the next three years.
- Impact: the social impact of your innovation and its contribution to ambitions within the construction sector.

A consistency scan and a digital introduction are part of the selection process.
