BIPF

Business Innovation Program Food (BIPF)

The world of tomorrow is already crying out for food innovators today. Does your innovation or company contribute to a more sustainable, smarter, more efficient or healthier food chain, but are you still struggling with your revenue model? Then the Business Innovation Program Food (BIPF) is a unique opportunity for you!

During the BIPF we help you to make your startup or SME a success faster, so that your solution becomes the food transition kan versnellen.

Make real impact faster

“During the BIPF, you learn as an entrepreneur to spend your scarce time and money in such a way that your company will grow consistently,” says Stef Mellema, who guides companies at the BIPF on behalf of ROM InWest. “Everything is tailored to the life phase of your company. For example, sales is not yet a priority for startups, but market research is. The 'teaching material' is mainly about problem finding, problem solution fit and conducting customer interviews. The roadmap for your company that you draw up during the program and present to the other participants on the last day, you take with you as a basis for the further growth of your company. You can find more information on the BIPF website, but you can also contact me.”

What do you get during the BIPF program?
  • A step-by-step method that teaches you how to get started with your vision, customer, product, impact, revenue model, team and collaborations at the right time and in the right way
  • A weekly plenary theory session, alternately online or at a central location in the Netherlands, in which you receive feedback from the trainers, supervisors and other participants
  • Practical assignments to prepare and complete each module
  • Valuable 1-on-1 guidance with a business development specialist from your local regional development agency (ROM)
  • A conclusion with a 100-day plan, so that you can continue to work on concrete objectives after the program

What's in it for you?
  • A much greater chance of success in turning your idea into a sustainable revenue model
  • A sharp focus on prioritizing attention, time and money in the start-up phase
  • In-depth knowledge and insight into who and where your customer is and with which revenue model, clear communication of your idea or company, insight into the right collaboration partners and a concrete step-by-step plan for the next growth phase
