Driven by the protein transition, the global demand for products based on microalgae is growing rapidly. Food supplements, cosmetics and animal feed (aquaculture) are currently the main applications of microalgae.
Lgem produces and rents photobioreactors (also known as photobioreactors, or PBRs) for the cultivation of microalgae on an industrial scale and for a variety of commercial applications. The company's portfolio consists of sixty percent of customers and prospects who (will) produce food-related products based on microalgae.
