The Participatiefonds Duurzame Economie Noord-Holland (PDENH) is an investment fund of the province of Noord-Holland. Since its establishment in 2014, the fund has invested more than €70 million in companies that contribute to the energy transition, circular economy and sustainable mobility. Since 2023, PDENH has been a closed-end fund and focuses on follow-up investments in existing portfolio companies, the management of outstanding loans and the successful phasing out of participations in sustainable growth companies.

Since April 2024, the fund management of PDENH has been transferred to ROM InWest. Previously, the fund was managed by KplusV and StartGreenTo ensure continuity, the existing fund management team will remain involved and the three parties will work together for the time being.
