At the Participatiefonds Duurzame Economie Noord-Holland (PDENH) we are committed to a sustainable and robust North Holland economy. Since our establishment in 2014, more than €70 million has been invested in companies that accelerate the energy transition, circular economy and sustainable mobility. Thanks to these investments, we actively contribute to a more sustainable and innovative North Holland.
Since September 2023, PDENH is a closed-end fund that focuses on follow-on investments in existing portfolio companies.

As of April 2, 2024, the Province of North Holland has transferred fund management to ROM InWest. For continuity in fund management, ROM InWest will continue to work closely with KplusV and StartGreen, the fund managers until 2024. For the existing portfolio companies, this means stability and consistency in investment policy and that they can continue to count on our support in their growth path.
