The labor market is under pressure. Two-thirds of salaried employees are considering changing jobs. Employers are looking for ways to accommodate talent and attract new employees. 60% of employees consider the compensation and benefits package as a priority when choosing a new job. Personal, appropriate and relevant benefits lead to happy employees who are more productive, ambitious and motivated. Rewarding performance makes employees more loyal.
Alleo allows employees to choose secondary employment conditions themselves within a fixed budget, in line with their personal interests. They can also save for their pension or for another purpose, such as a renovation. This flexibility not only serves the individual, but also has collective benefits: by linking rewards to figures and successes, performance is rewarded in a way that suits the company. Employees can view and select their 'available' employment conditions on a special Alleo platform.
Employers also benefit: they can view all personnel costs on the platform thanks to the integration with HR and payroll suppliers such as Visma Nmbrs, HiBob, Personio, Loket.nl and AFAS. This way, he is in continuous contact with his employees via the platform. Alleo is working on further expanding its HR services.
With the support of ROM InWest, Newion, Dutch Founders Fund and investors Kalo Bagijn (Brand New Day), Fritz Korten and Joost Jolink (Fresca Group), Marc van Agteren (Usabilla), Anouk de Wolff (Scale Force Talent) and Omri Amir (Vio.com), the YourCampus platform can continue to grow.
