The Top Sector Energy (TSE) Built Environment subsidy scheme is specifically intended for innovations that help with small-scale sustainable renovations of homes and buildings – for example, a decision support tool that makes choosing a sustainable installation easier. These types of innovations are desperately needed, because millions of homes and buildings in the Netherlands will have to be made more sustainable in the coming years. Homeowners and building owners must take action themselves.
Terms and Conditions
The government sets a number of conditions for an application to ensure that the subsidy is properly allocated. For example, you must clearly explain how your innovation contributes to the sustainability of buildings and your idea must be in use in the Netherlands within three years.
Duration and amount of subsidy scheme
The subsidy has been available since July 3 and can be applied for until September 5. You can receive a maximum of €500,000 in subsidy per project. Are you interested? More information about the Top Sector Energy (TSE) Built Environment subsidy scheme do you find here.
