In the first four years of a child’s life, parents need all sorts of consumer products, spread over relatively short periods. All these items not only cost a lot of money, but also put a heavy burden on the climate. For example, a new stroller quickly has a CO2 footprint of more than 300 kilos.
Tiny Library believes that parents should be able to rent baby items easily and affordably instead of buying them, so that we all have to buy far less new stuff. The platform's assortment contains around 550 products, including strollers to buggies, co-sleepers, high chairs and much more.
Investment ROM InWest
ROM InWest sees Tiny Library as a company that professionally helps young parents make sustainable choices without sacrificing quality. “By offering the option to rent baby and children's items instead of buying them, the company makes a significant contribution to the circular economy,” says Janet Nieboer CEO of ROM InWest.
