Get ready to scale
You have marketed your product. The first customers are in. And now? Time to move on. In the GO!-NH Scaling Readiness Programme you will start working on your company's next growth step in six months. You will work on your strategy, build your team and prepare for financing. Together, we make sure your business becomes - and stays - scalable.
GO!-NH is an initiative of the province of North Holland. ROM InWest is closely involved in the organisation, selection, supervision and implementation of the programme.
For whom?
This growth programme is aimed at innovative entrepreneurs in North Holland who:
- Have a working product or service in the marketplace
- Already achieving customers and/or sales
- Being ready to scale up
You are at a tipping point: you have the basics in place, now you want to pace and grow. GO!-NH Scaling Readiness helps you do just that.
What you get
During the programme, you will work on the fundamentals of scaling up. Think about:
- Team structure and leadership
- Sales and growth strategy
- Impact and sustainability
- Investment and financing structure
- Market approach and positioning
You will receive support from experienced coaches, experts and entrepreneurs. In interactive sessions, 1-on-1 coaching and joint workshops, you will work on a concrete growth plan. The programme concludes with a final pitch to investors, partners and the network.
What do we expect from you?
We believe that the success of this program is highly dependent on your active involvement and commitment. We expect you to be willing to collaborate, open to feedback and proactively participate in all program components. This means that you will need to make time for the group sessions, refresher days and 1:1 sessions with experts. We encourage a proactive attitude to get the most out of this program and achieve the milestones that lead to sustainable success. Your dedication is essential to the success of the program.

- Time: weekly on Tuesday afternoons
- Location: hybrid (online and physical meetings at locations in North Holland)
