Reappointment of Janet Nieboer as statutory director of ROM InWest

The shareholders of ROM InWest have, on the recommendation of the Supervisory Board, reappointed Janet Nieboer as CEO and statutory director of ROM InWest. The new term is four years.

In addition, shareholders appointed Lara van Druten and Charles Mander as new members of the Supervisory Board. Kuldip Singh will step down from the SB on 31 December 2025. Josephine de Zwaan, chairman of the Supervisory Board, commented, “We are delighted with the reappointment of Janet Nieboer. A new four-year term gives us the space to further strengthen the long-term direction and take ROM InWest to the next phase of growth and development. We look forward to working with her to further build relationships with entrepreneurs, shareholders and other stakeholders in North Holland.”

The joining of Lara van Druten and Charles Mander expands the Supervisory Board to four members. “We are delighted with the arrival of Charles and Lara. They strengthen the SB in the areas of entrepreneurship, impact, audit and risk, and also bring broad experience in stakeholder interaction,” said Josephine de Zwaan. On Kuldip Singh's upcoming departure, she said, “We thank Kuldip for his commitment and proven services to ROM InWest over the past four years.”
