Acceleration program Future-proof Construction – phase 1: Get ready to market

The Acceleration Program Future-proof Construction – phase 1: Get ready to market is a unique opportunity if you are active in the construction and infrastructure sector with your startup or scale-up. The program specifically focuses on entrepreneurs who are still working on their market introduction. For six months, you will receive effective tools, resources and expertise to overcome obstacles and realize their growth ambitions.

This program is suitable for you if:
  • you have an innovative product with growth potential, but you do not yet know how to effectively enter the market
  • your sales process is stagnating and you are looking for clarity about your ideal customer
  • you doubt whether your solution is the best solution for the customer's problem;
  • you would like to involve potential customers in the further development of a prototype of your technological innovation.

Conditions for participation:
  • You have the ambition to build a scalable company that contributes to sustainability transitions within the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • you have developed a prototype, preferably validated in a relevant environment.
  • You have demonstrable contact with multiple (potential) customers.
  • Together with a co-founder or colleague, you can free up an average of at least 0.5 FTE for approximately ten weeks.

What do you get out of it?
  • By participating in this program you will have a significantly greater chance of success from idea to sustainable revenue model.
  • A sharp focus on prioritizing attention, time and money in the start-up phase.
  • In-depth knowledge and insight into your customer, revenue model, clear communication of your idea or company, insight into the right collaboration partners and a concrete step-by-step plan for the next growth phase.
  • A useful and educational cross-pollination between other participating companies within the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • A valuable contribution to a more sustainable economy.
  • Useful and valuable access to relevant networks and communities in the construction and infrastructure sector.

What do we expect from you?

The success of the Acceleration Program Future-proof Construction depends on your commitment and involvement. We expect you to be willing to collaborate, be open to feedback and actively participate in all program components. This requires time investment for group sessions, follow-up days and 1-on-1 sessions with our experts. A proactive attitude is crucial to achieve the milestones that lead to sustainable success. Your dedication is the key to realizing the impact we want to make together.
