On the Alleo platform (formerly YourCampus), employees with a personal budget from their employer can choose from various secondary conditions and modern benefits in the categories of well-being, personal development, financial well-being and mobility. Existing salary components can also be used flexibly, such as the pension scheme, holiday pay and days. YourCampus responds to the fact that every employee has different wishes, because they are in different stages of life or work remotely.
“The labor market is under enormous pressure. In the ‘war for talent’, employers are looking for ways to accommodate talent and attract Gen Z,” says Florian Gendrault, founder and CEO of Alleo. “But there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to secondary conditions and personal benefits. The older employee benefits more with a good pension scheme, while a younger employee may prefer to receive their holiday pay monthly and have a budget left over for personal development. YourCampus offers flexibility in secondary conditions and benefits, but with collective benefits.”
With the investment, Alleo will further expand, with the goal of being a platform for all employee compensation. In addition, Alleo wants to make existing benefits of companies as transparent as possible for employees by integrating them into the platform.
Alleo improves secondary employment conditions for employees in SMEs
“We are pleased that we can invest in Alleo from the MKB Fonds. We believe that Alleo's platform makes a strong contribution to innovation and improvement of employment conditions for employees of SMEs'', says Janet Nieboer, CEO ROM InWest. In addition to the existing benefits, the platform offers services and products from partners. Alleo works together with a large number of providers for the offer, including Brand New Day, Classpass, Swapfiets and GoodHabitz. Employers pay a contribution per employee, but in return they do not have to conclude deals themselves. One-off rewards can also be offered, in the form of a bonus or as a birthday present. In this way, companies keep all personnel costs on the YourCampus platform and can allocate a budget per employee and category, for example a mobility budget. In addition, YourCampus offers integration with HR and payroll suppliers such as Visma Nmbrs, HiBob, Personio, Loket and AFAS.
The Alleo platform went live in November 2021 and there are already more than 100 companies using it. Currently, work is being done on adding holiday pay and days scheme and further expanding the flexible pension scheme. In the future, the company wants to add even more HR services.
