Because circular construction is the future. After all, we will need fewer raw materials and resources. As a result, we will reduce the burden on the environment and climate. Digitisation of construction offers huge opportunities to accelerate the transition to circularity.<\/p>\n
DigiC accelerates the digital transformation of construction by:
\n- Digitalisation of the built environment and data services: capture data from materials and circular construction projects and make it easily exchangeable. For example, with materials passports, BIM standards and digital twins (digital copies of physical processes or systems, used mainly for testing and analysis);
\n- Modular and factory building: accelerating the construction and design process using software, data standards and digital chains;
\n- Smart construction logistics: deploying new technologies that make construction logistics more efficient and sustainable. Examples include logistics software, traffic sensors and construction hubs.<\/p>\n
The DigiC programme has now been running successfully in Utrecht for several years. Therefore, the programme is now also being rolled out in North Holland, Flevoland and the northern provinces, under the wings of the ROM Utrecht Region, ROM InWest, Oost-NL and the NOM.<\/p>\n

\n- As a construction company, you want to apply innovations from the market in larger projects;

You can join and contribute to the DigiC community in two forms:
\n- As a captain: you have a say in the programme, linking and mediating in networks and contributing projects. You get priority on projects.
\n- As a member: you have an ambassadorial role, provide input for new solutions and contribute new ideas. You get access to a good network and acceleration of your project.<\/p>\n
