This support, which is perfectly aligned with your specific situation and needs, and with your company's current stage, consists of:<\/p>\n<p><em>Strategic sessions <\/em><\/p>\n<p>A number of sparring sessions in which we will refine the growth and financing strategy and develop focused business planning, with the aim of powerfully and manageably entering the next phase of your business. With the outcomes of these sessions, you can refine your plan and gain insight into your business's investment readiness and financing options. You can also discuss the financial data necessary for presentations to financiers or investors (operational forecast, balance sheet, cash flow). Other formats we can use include, for example, the customer journey and the investment readiness canvas.<\/p>\n<p><em>Make a financial model <\/em><\/p>\n<p>We always work using the FAST method (Flexible, Accurate, Structured, Transparent) to create a financial model that meets the requirements of all types of investors. We build this model together with you and ensure you understand how it works and how to apply it.<\/p>\n<p><em>Write business plan <\/em><\/p>\n<p>To attract investment, you need a business plan. We can help you develop the business plan. Additionally, we conduct market research and assist with strategy development. Together, we aim to ensure you ultimately have a plan with which you can enter the market. We help you improve your pitch (deck + physical presentation) to investors.<\/p>\n<p><em>Matching <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Are you investment-ready enough? We will then put you in touch with financiers. Our advisors will first create a longlist, decide with the entrepreneurs which financiers are the best fit, and then approach the shortlist to match the entrepreneur.<\/p>\n<p><em>Subsidies<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In addition to making contact with financiers, we also offer you insight into subsidy opportunities. This leads to a document with an overview of the most important subsidy schemes (and potentially other financing instruments) that are suitable for (the stage of) your business, including an action plan.<\/p>\n<h5>Costs<\/h5>\n<p>1 tot 6 dagen ondersteuning op maat voor \u20ac600* per dag (8 uur). Dat betekent dat je 50% korting krijgt door de bijdrage van de Provincie Noord- Holland en partners, want de normale prijs is \u20ac1200 per dag.
