For them, work is more than a source of income. They also want to identify with the mission of a company and avoid burnout at all costs. If they can choose their own secondary employment conditions, you distinguish yourself as an employer.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Florian came up with a digital platform with an app that provides insight into these employment conditions, plus the option to select them yourself. \u201cSo no more difficult HR discussions and paperwork, but a digital solution that young generations are used to. The design of the app is in line with what they see as <\/span>digital natives<\/span><\/i> expect from a modern employer. And our solution is also very welcome for older generations, because a clear overview of all employment conditions is pleasant for everyone.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
